Great first impressions but It is only a paycheck.

Cons

1. Within the past 2 months they have let go over 20 people. 2. Issues with HR and employees are not protected. 3. Internal threats are allowed with employees and if the employees bring it to their supervisor's attention they are terminated. 4. Management takes advantage of "Employment At Will" and will terminate for any reason. 5. Employees are treated under value and not appreciated. Not treated with respect. 6. Employees salary are not competitive in the market. 7. The organization business model does not fill in the gaps from the past mergers. 8. There is lack of follow-up with customers. 9. Lack of commuication 10. Lack of experience engineers at the organization.

Ground floor experiences. Able to develop processes and blue print the way department will operate.

Cons

Infighting with management. Lack of respect for others. Hire non-qualified people who are like the hiring authorities. Doesn't want to hear the truth, and if they hear it, don't act on improvements. Lack of accountability.
