I have been with DOE for about a year and have never been happier with a job. The amount of support, education, benefits, amazing people, and philosophy are all things that I’ve rarely experienced in my career. I highly highly recommend DOE as a place to work.
Cons
None, honestly. As long as is willing to learn and care about what you’re doing, you are going to do great there.

DOE has one of the best cultures I’ve ever encountered in a workplace. They have high expectations but also care about you as a human being. Those high expectations come with hard work from management right alongside their team. Reasonably unlimited PTO Recognition program Generous Holidays Great schedules Great benefits Dope co-workers and superiors
Cons
Honestly ya we all work some long hours sometimes depending on the time of year or what’s going on with a particular project, but we all know that comes with the territory of digital advertising and helping our partners grow. And it really isn’t a con when management acknowledges the extra effort you put in.
