      Pros

      Donan introduced me to a great industry. Donan invests in automated processes that save time. If you're looking to start your forensic engineering career and you have a PE, Donan will probably hire you.

      Cons

      A relatively cheap product requires higher man-hours to turn a profit for the company. Employee's work longer hours for low compensation. Inexperience and ignorance of senior management is pushing out the experienced employees.

      Micromanagement to the extreme! Below average compensation. Poor leadership. Underwhelming benefits. Strict Non-Compete. Retaliatory HR department. Non-existent IT support.

      Pros

      Challenging and rewarding work, clear expectations, fair pay, profit sharing bonus opportunity for all, open communication from leaders, improvement efforts focused on improving the customer experience, fun and solution focused co-workers. Business family - they fly in all employees and spouses from across the nation for the Christmas party!

      Cons

      Relatively low 401k match and a long vesting period.
