1. Offer Free apprenticeship classes through the company and backed by NCCER. 2. Great benefits across the board. (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.) 3. Positive and motivating work environment. 4. Pay is based on skill not just because. 6. Safe working environment. 7. Opportunities to move up in the field or the office if positions are available. In house is always first. 8. Employee stock options

Some of the field supervisors are not patient with new people and are very condescending.
