Pros

DP Electric was a great place to work! The owner Dan truly cares about his employees and creating a family environment within the company. Management is always willing to try new strategies and gives you the freedom to try things.

Cons

As mentioned above, yes everyone is open to try new thing however with that, comes people wanting to try things that might not be the best fit for the company. Also there are a lot of opinions and may take a bit of time to get something accomplished.
