      Pros

      D.P Electric is by far the most employee friendly company I have ever worked for. Employees are viewed as their most valuable resource and are treated as such. D.P. invests greatly in employee feedback, development, and success. Their system is very personable and tailored for each individual's personal and professional growth. It has been an amazing experience to work for a company that is using the development of natural strengths to together grow their business and lift employees to their highest potential.

      This company is a well oiled machine. There are no cons.
