Pros

Amazing company. Worked there for 16 years. Left only to get out of the construction industry after 25 years. Very progressive and cutting edge. Very hands-off, they give you the final goal and you figure out the best way to get there.

Cons

Need to be a self-starter. There are no rule books. People are always there to mentor new hires, though.

Pros

Great culture! Great benefits and lots of opportunity for learning and development. Top Management is approachable and a fairly flat organization empowers even the lower level employees to Build Great Things.

Cons

As the company gets larger maintaining the great culture will become more difficult. Too slow to promote from within sometimes.

All the cultural stuff is more than just words - people here really believe & live by the core values and mission. Jump all the way in to get the most out of your experience at DPR.

Cons

No procedures manual - great environment for people who thrive without micromanagment, not for people who need clear instructions all the time.
