      +Spend a lot of time in the field +Truly care about each employees happiness +Very open to getting you to a position you would enjoy +Company tries to collect/build the best employees possible, meaning most co-workers are reliable and helpful

      Cons

      -Regular hours are non-existent, you work until you finish all your work -New employees get passed the most grunt work -Depending on project time -Disconnect between office culture and field culture
