Pros

- Took early action during COVID pandemic to implement safety/mask/distancing policies and support remote work - Benefits are better than average for the construction industry - Regular company events (note: suspended for COVID) - Generally supportive of role changes to make sure people are doing work they're interested in

Cons

- Compensation is less than average for the industry - "Flat organization"/"Title-less company" mentality that is preached does not extend to performance reviews and compensation discussions (your title can hard cap your pay increase, despite how well you may have performed)

Pros

They truly value the employee. (Field and Office route.) Good Benefits. Great Work- life Balance. Helpful co-workers. Super helpful and patient when it comes to training process. Great Career opprotunities. Great honest feedback in annual evaluation for ways to become better. Cool projects

Cons

Smart but Tough Superintendents at times. Approach Styles are a little aggressive in terms of pushing the schedule.
