Pros

Good people, great projects, top clients and fun culture. Pretty good work life balance for the industry and lots of flexibility. No clock watching, only expectation is get your work done.

Cons

Average salaries for the area and bonuses are not tied to merit. Don't expect much compensation for exceeding expectations or having successful projects. Difficult to get rid of weak people.

Cons

Many meetings that may not produce results, a large corporate environment, lacking diversity, feel they are "the best", need work on open communication
