We know that building challenging projects sometimes calls for long hours, which is why we offer industry-leading time off and wellness benefits. Pros

Being a corporate company means having access to national resources. It is great that there are always experts to contact within the organization. There are some amazing people working here.

Cons

Culture is disappearing to the corporate structure they are implementing. Folks who have been working there for a while get comfortable and push their work on to others. This creates a lot of blaming of newer employees when things go wrong. Also bending over backwards for owners requests causes unneeded extra work and speaks to the decrease in profits of the past years.
