Lots of room for growth, support for teachers, close community at specific school sites, and the children are really terrific and bright people!

Cons

Lack of pay transparency makes it hard to trust administration. Specifically, the treatment that returning teachers endured during Spring 2020 when they announced that no one would receive a COLA or merit increase in salary.
