      Pros

      Harlem RBI and DREAM is a great place to work. The team there is very energetic and enthusiastic, and it truly feels like you are a part of a family.

      Cons

      It takes a long time to move up, especially if this is your first job. There is still a ways to go with unifying the Harlem RBI and DREAM Charter School teams.
