Pros

amazing marketing and fundraising, dedicated and well resourced supporters. ability to recruit promising talent because of the marketing

Cons

shady practices right from the top, distrust within higher management trickles down to all of us, resources go to extraneous people and departments rather than core supports for staff and programs, unrealistic expectations and culture where people are constantly talking behind each other's backs and encouraged to do so.

Pros

Easy, stress free, rewarding, low pressure. Work you're doing matters in helping inner city kids.

Cons

No room for growth. They cannot claim to be an organization that values college education, but then have people with no degree in full time positions, while regulating college graduates to part time roles.
