Pros

Harlem RBI provides a lot of support and resources for teachers. I have two coaches in the room with me when I teach and I have all of the supplies I need to lead lessons and Centers. There is a positive environment for learning and teachers are encouraged to be creative and think of engaging centers.

Cons

At times, information does not get relayed to all employees in time. I have found out some information at he last minute when it would have been much better to know at least a few hours in advance.
