Very Sketchy Company: Good Intentions, Bad Execution

Collaborative office experience and location.

Cons

Paychecks are always late, sometimes by one day, sometimes by a few days. Paychecks are always being bounced/declined when deposited. Company has a good mission/vision but has no sense of direction or leadership. A lot of "busy" work was assigned.

Cons

Most paychecks are late. Weekend hours change often and with short notice. High employee turn over. No one on the production team has seen the final product. Important deliveries arrive months late if they arrive at all. I can’t stress this enough, they pay people late on a regular basis.

Pros

The community is very welcoming and supporting. If you show up with honesty and effort you will do well. Management is very into developing the employees careers in a genuinely caring manner. The mission of the company is noble and motivating.

Cons

The bureaucratic processes are a bit slow. Work from home is not an option if that is something that you're looking for.
