The mission is noble. Nothing could be more important than to protect children, prevent tragedy, and help improve the social fabric of our nation. I have never been more fulfilled in a position, and I plan on building along with company for as long as I can. I've been here for the past few months, and I have followed the company through its development. I admire our people, and I am impressed with their passion. It's hard work, but it's good work. I don't think I'd have it any other way.

Cons

The company is new, especially at this point that I am writing my review. I am aware of how that might be difficult for some who need stability and hand-holding to accomplish their objectives. If you struggle with original thought, creativity liberty or self-motivation, you might not want to work here. Also, within some roles, work-life balance can potentially take a back seat.
