Despite saying employees would be reimbursed, requests made for said reimbursements would be ignored. - Frequent late pay (about 10 times in the last 2 years according to longer-term employees). - Employees are required to come into work despite the CEO never being there. - CEO will not provide legitimate paystubs or W2 forms as legally required. - Lack of transparency in all regards. - CEO uproots promising projects in favor of his unreasonable, uneducated projects. - When issues arise, CEO places blame on others despite most problems being caused by his decisions/discretion. - CEO takes no input of operational improvements despite not having any experience, education, or knowledge on the subject being proposed. - Multiple lawsuits against the company have constricted capital availabilty.
