As a minority, working for this firm was not a progressive experience for me. I was very qualified and ambitious. Perhaps this did not meet the status quo. Everywhere else I have worked has allowed me to grow. At DRMP, I was literally told blond and blue eyes makes a better PM.

Schedules, no communication between upper MGMT and the rest of employees. No open door policy.
