Pros

They really care about their employees futures and making them feel part of a team. The positive atmosphere is contagious.

Cons

Would like to own a piece of the company through ESOP or other means. Not much else to want in this company though.

Pros

DRMP is a great company to work for. Family friendly for sure. Flexible. Not many companies can you work for where most of management (even the president of the company) have a true open door policy. The Human Resource department tends to put on some great employee involvement events on during the year. Very clean office area and in a great location.

Cons

Only cons would be PTO, compared to other companies they just do not have an appealing PTO. Insurance just seems to be a little on the higher end.

Good people, company cares, management is responsive, great training opportunities, benefits are good with 401K. I like how involved with the community they are.

Cons

Compared to other company's that I have worked for - none. I really can't think of anything I would change.
