As it relates to cross-collaboration, we are always encouraging our employees to make the most of our various slack channels and our intranet postings. With Covid, our goal has been to give employees a significant amount of flexibility and to maximize the safety of our employees and communities. Some roles could only be done in the office and so we worked with those individuals and teams to understand how best to support them.
