      Good ideas buried in corporate culture focused on shareholder profit

      Pros

      Had a strong portfolio of brands. Many employees had been there for decades, mostly from acquisitions. "Met expectations" as the rating system goes.

      Cons

      Restructured due to poor top level cost management and pending sale of company. Often felt jobs were being justified. No clear advancement path.
