Pros

Easy, process-directed work where you simply follow orders and listen to complaints. You are not allowed to actually fix anything so you are just "there."

Cons

You are not allowed to contribute in a meaningful way. Management is stacked through the roof with people who have no idea how manufacturing works making the decisions. Your attempts to make the company more successful will be ignored.
