Not too much hectic work. Everybody knows each other friendly. Work is good if you commit yourself to stay for a long time.

Company should adapt new technologies as the current market prevails. Need to think more innovation.

Slightly overworked. There was a shortage of resources due to sudden acquisition of NXP's cordless and IP telephony division in late 2007
