You are employed and receiving a paycheck

Poorly compensated Does not follow ANY Software Development Industry Standards, although you are required to get your CSQA, ISTQB, CSM etc. (Just to make DSS look good on paper) Although there are some processes in place, they are weak and not followed Management does not respect team members and bullies them Management is weak and doesn't know how to deal with different personalities Management plays favorites, doesn't matter WHAT you know, it's WHO you know Unqualified management that sits in their office and does not interact with their team I've never seen more nepotism in my life (family & friends)
