Pros

The working conditions seem ok at least on paper. Then you find out that you do the same job and earn less. This also goes for extra training and the working-from-home rule. Some are allowed to, some just aren't.

Cons

The IT department management has no clear strategy. When things go wrong – and they do – it is your fault. The atmosphere is of course rather tense. All around you it is just heads down and plod on. Don’t ask questions either! It only causes embarrassment. The question is how long can a company like this afford to pay employees their salary.

Pros

Get to travel and experience growth in all areas of the company. Awesome Benefits package!! Cool people in upper management. CEO and CFO, THE BESSSSSST!!!!

Cons

Lots of "cliques", gossiping about each other, unorganized. "Shark tank " like mentality amongst the employees, with sharks biting to make it to the top by any means necessary!

Need to consider remote working options for all its employees in todays day and age this is a no brainer.
