      DSV has a lot of great resources since it has been following the same growth model for a long time, which has been proven successful

      Cons

      Unfortunately the leadership in latin america is outdated, everything from upper management to HR are more concerned with following archaic useless business practices than with the actual effort and results of the workforce or the possibility of innovation

      Easy work driving a forklift, pay is good enough, team will help you move up if that's what you want, 3-on-3-off schedule.

      Can get boring, get dirty often, 12 hour shifts (but good schedule).
