Easy commute, not much else

Cons

No real benefits (free fruit and coffee is not a benefit) Terrible working environment, old and run down Culture of bullying and micromanagement, only ok if your face fits. No one speaks out as those who do tend to lose their jobs. No flexibility around work hours. Made to feel guilty for taking time off for childcare or school events etc Hugely underpaid and overworked to the point of breaking, then no support whatsoever as management only care about covering themselves.
