      I worked on "the reporting team". We were basically CargoWise 1 data specialists. If you have experience in CW1 + experience in Excel then you'll do great. Fantastic managers. Seriously.       Horrible work-life balance. No proper communication from the management and the manager never gives you enough credit.

      Cons

      The manager was not friendly and he never valued employees and made them feel unnecessary and unwanted in the team. He doesn't let you interact with the company Directors and takes all the credit for the work that the team has done and never gives enough credit and appreciation to the employees.
