      An ok job for the in between steps

      Pros

      food provided (almost) every Friday Full account is given, so you have the freedom to run the account how you like Decent employee benefits and pay plenty of overtime

      Cons

      They're short staffed all the time, so expect to work long hours and weekend to stay afloat with the work load. Managers are rigid to work schedule, employees not allow to work from home, micromanaging, and resistant to changes, lots of office gossips and dramas. The job is fine in terms of pay rate, but there's no career upward mobility.
