Pros

Learning new things and implementing them. Benefits are good

Cons

SYCAMORE SITE ONLY: Operational manager doesn’t know processes or policies - Favoritism and intimidation. Lacking of understanding, goals, and processes. Unethical decisions are made based on feelings and no data behind it. Operational manager does not follow safety guidelines or policies and just makes decisions based on what is convenient. last one to come in and first one to leave, create bad morality between supervisors and operational manager. lastly, ridicules and bullies otherspeople are front of associates. If you were hired for a role, you will not be able to focus on it - They will throw you into operations without any SOP training and fundamentals. not the best training. No work life balance
