      Pros

      Training was not great but I did learn some new things.

      Cons

      Somewhat of an unprofessional office. Management came and went as they pleased while the desk jobs were monitored constantly and scrutinized. I didn’t receive a raise for two years and when I did it was a whole 2%. I did receive praise on my quality of work and performance however.
