They pay employees what the ask for.

Cons

The reason the pay so well is to try and keep them working in a extremely toxic environment. There are managers with no entry experience that when offered advise from anyone including corporate would rather quit or fire people then learn as a team for the better of the company as a whole. Resulting in their consistent issue of not being staffed properly.
