Pros

1. Clean office and updated office 2. They've implemented activities, holiday party and picnic.

Cons

1. Poor management styles 2. People generally don't have room to grow unless someone has retired / quit / moved. 3. HR is unhelpful and will tell management who made complaints against them 4. The office is very political, most people do not get recognized for their hard work.

Pros

- Bask in the glory of our state-of-the-art facilities, where every corner is meticulously designed to be social media-worthy. Just don't forget that our office is strategically located in the middle of nowhere - Countless social events to fill your calendar and distract you from the existential dread of your daily tasks. - Our workplace is so diverse, you'll meet people from all walks of life as you navigate the maze of office politics. - Embrace our relaxed culture and dress code, where you can wear your pajamas to work and pretend that your lack of motivation is just you "keeping it casual."

Cons

Modern facilities, but don't be fooled by the pretty decor—it's just a distraction from the lack of meaningful work and growth opportunities. Sure, there are social events and free snacks, but those perks lose their charm when you're barely scraping by with low pay and barely any bonuses. And don't even get me started on the open office concept—it's more about looking trendy than being functional especially since the office is usually empty. As for recognition, verbal affirmations are our currency of choice, because who needs fair compensation or career advancement when you can collect compliments and email shoutouts instead?
