Pros

Nice office, decent salary, breakfast on Mondays(one Chick Fil A Biscuit or bagel) and fruit on Fridays. Flexible start times.

Cons

Culture is toxic. Too much gossiping and negativity, even among management. Lack of support from management. No recognition for job well done, but quick to make a huge deal when something goes wrong. I don’t know any of my team mates, or much of anyone in the office. Management doesn’t bother with introductions. Company is cheap and doesn’t give basic supplies to their employees, yet records billions in profit every year. Literally they don’t Even give out wipes or office supplies. Bring your own. Company also expects you to buy and use YOUR own laptop to do THEIR work. Incredibly selfish company with poor culture. High turnover rate. They do not care about their employees and the experience. You can’t even talk to the managers or fellow coworkers because they’re just as bad. Expensive health insurance for what you get. Office morale is terrible. If you are not used to a toxic environment, this place isn’t for you. Not much room for advancement. You have to wait a year for 401(K) match to kick in. Cliquey people. Feels like high school.

Pros

Work/life balance is OK. Individual managers are good.

Cons

Adversarial relationship between DSV leadership and individual business units. DSV makes its money on inflated group charges and breaking down the culture of recently acquired subsidiaries. Health benefits are expensive and mediocre. Vacation, education, and compensation are non-competitive and lag far behind industry standards.
