Pros

Not top heavy in management. Mostly a laid back atmosphere among the pressures of freight forwarding. Good pay, good benefits, good vacation policy. Christmas parties, golf outings, movie nights. Fun environment overall. Breakfast brought in on Friday, fruit brought in on Monday for the week

Cons

No overtime pay. Bad Christmas bonuses No advancement or managerial promotions unless you are from Denmark or a relative/friend of management Overall they are starting to become much more corporate than they were. This takes away from the environment that made them successful over the years

Pros

Benefits. Had hybrid work from home 2 days a week

Cons

This place drained the life out of me. Overwork ed and underpaid for all the responsibilities assigned to me. (Had an additional title change with no pay increase, which I did ask for but was continuously rejected). Not worth it, would not recommend working at this location in any field (especially in Purchasing too) unless you're just desperate for a job. If you are desperate, make sure to act incompetent b/c the good employees have more work heaped on them
