Awesome teams, smart people. The local PH teams are parallel teams with global. So basically my team is from EU, but I report to a local manager as well.

1. The company has a better environment, no micromanagement. 2. You will be working on the latest tech. 3. Most managers are understanding of your personal life problems and give you time to deal with them. 4. And they always encourage you to move forward in life (learning wise).

1. Always fear of being laid off (It's my feeling ) 2. And they laid me off because of a merger happening with another company :-( .
