Pros

Location wasn’t a terrible commute. They offer incentives for employees to write reviews. Lol

Cons

Toxic culture here. In my years, I saw a lot that was unsettling . Manager encourage division within team. She looked the other way at race & appearance jokes. Some of the things I saw were easily potential EEOC lawsuits or VERY close to (S. Harr as ment.) And don’t bother reporting to her, they will fire if they get whistleblower vibes. This place is not for equality. Double Minorities, LGBTQ, Older people this place isn’t for you. Oh and watch the bond between she manager and Euro higher up. Obviously something more there.

Pros

Team mentality, competent management, decent snacks, great benefits, access to upper management w/ open door policy.

Cons

No hybrid or work from home options after we worked from home for the most part of the past year and a half. During the quarantine/ work from home months our branch (company) grew and produced more value to DSV as a whole. We flourished- the people who made that happen have not seen any new opportunities and no additional compensation for remaining loyal to the company through uncertain pandemic times.

Pros

-Growth and learning opportunities -Pay is decent -Wonderful people

Cons

- Work Life Balance doesn't exist. You need to want to live the job to be successful. - Impossible KPIs. You'll hear about KPIs all the time but quickly realize some of those KPIs are only possible in the best conditions. -Upper Management has a hard time listening and empathizing to their staff and supervisors. They're under a pressure but they're not entirely adept at turning that pressure into motivation and inspiration for the employees. -Very Lax Covid-19 policies.
