      - Colleagues are generally helpful but they can be pretty toxic if you get on their bad side

      Cons

      - Open criticism and shaming culture - CHRO’s emotional outbursts and UPPERCASE usage - Differing allowances paid to certain individuals based on favouritism - Agile is used as an excuse for poor planning; in truth, managers have no idea what they want - “Mandatory” daily lunch - SG team has a weird superior mindset over MY counterparts, with witch-hunting in play - Temp staff treated like kids and servants

      Lack of appreciation for workers, poor communication, and overall a negative and unmotivating work environment. I was eventually laid off
