      Great coworkers, but heavy workloads and no work/life balance

      Pros

      Fantastic people to work with, so many great coworkers. Great oppurtunties to learn new skills and go on top notch training. Great online learning platforms.

      Cons

      Can be good in some divisions, but it depends on your manager and division head as to if you get work from home or not. They keep cutting heads, sharing around duties, increasing work loads but not salaries. No work life balance, calls at all hours of the night and weekends. No overtime pay, no time off to balance it out. Just more work.
