      Unfortunately nothing it was a very bad experience

      Cons

      Extremely toxic culture filled with gossip, cliques, and backstabbing. No real support from management — issues are ignored or even made worse Collaboration and respect are almost non-existent Morale is constantly low, and people are pitted against each other instead of working as a team. Respect and professionalism are completely lacking.

      Pros

      Great team spirit on the surface. If you are appreciated from management, all is good but if you are questioning the workflow or the process it seems like you will put yourself in danger of being retaliated.

      Cons

      No real culture spirit which is now getting even more visible with the new fusion.
