      No Diversity in Leadership

      Pros

      They are an ambitious company, always looking to grow.

      Cons

      There is less than one percent of black employees in leadership positions but we make up at least a third or more of the total workforce. There is a clear lack of diversity in leadership in the Atlanta branch which means black employees are rarely promoted here.
