Pros

stable low salary. Company is big, so you can work her for a long time. People are going form the company, so you will get their responsibilities without improvement in salary and career. Some kind of slavery. So, you will work for 2 or 3 people, will get the lowest salary at the market. They will never fire you, because they do not have enough people to do the job, because you colleagues are changing the company, so far they get the better opportunity. You situation will be stable: bad salary and conditions, but stable workplace and no any positive changes.

Cons

As mentioned before, the company has very greedy personnel policy. I worked at the main office in Denmark in almost 10 years. They constantly told me about a great opportunities and promised the all possible career development. The only thing I received there: low salary, a lot of work, because of optimization (worked for 3 people for the lowest possible salary), no career opportunities. If you are foreigner - they will only use you and your skills and try to pay you as low salary as possible, and will never recognize you as equal person to them. There are a lot of friendship relations in company, where friends and people familiar to the management get good positions and salary: I saw a lot of times friends of management came to company, without experience, skills and education (with some basic education) and got management positions, just because they are friends. The other people, whom have competencies, got a message, that we must to work for these friends/guys to teach them, to make results for them and to grow the new leaders from them. Without any compensation. Not the best opportunity and very demotivate. So, if you are young and do not have much experience - you can work here in couple of the years to get good company name in your CV and change the company. If you are experienced professional - do not waste your time here, you will never be evaluated by your professionalism.
