It is a conservative company , they say English is the working language and you will see all the displays are in Danish and company events are conducted in Danish. They are few people that are so racist, they come and talk to you only in Danish intentionally even though they know you speak only English.you will have to go through discrimination, Racism, micro aggression, bullying, mental harassment. Stupid HRs they themselves needed education on diversity. Don’t expect them to take any actions against those racist idiots. Aggressive working culture, no flexibility . If you have small kids definitely not recommended They walk out employees right in front of your eyes, fire people and they call one dsv . It is one way, they hire and label you poor performer and fire
