      A lot of empowerment throughout the company and at all levels, meaning having the responsibility AND authority to find the best solutions. And therefore you can fully adapt to your local market needs and support the local customers.

      It's a great company if you have a commercial mindset, want to take responsibility and do your best. If you're looking for a relaxing 9 to 5 job without any accountability, think twice.
