Pros

Nice atmosphere and room for growth. Employees were willing to help me as a part-time employee who was replacing the employee who was on holidays.

Cons

The position was not in my professional field of interest and the work was mundane. It is not really the fault of the organization though.

- pays overtime if needed - great atmosphere - coworkers are very nice and helpful - management team is great and supportive - everyone is a big family - beautiful building - great perks (lunches/ events/ socials)

Cons

- very busy, could be hectic (but that’s the industry) - no opportunity for growth
