Pros

Laid back environment for the most part. Good people at the desk level. Powered stand up desks.

Cons

Benefits are crazy expensive for family coverage. Raises don't match or exceed yearly "cost of living" increases. Seniority, quality, higest file count, and profit per file do not matter when it comes to downsizing unless you're a corporate fanny kisser. Certain department managers can be unreasonable even when they are wrong, and have a tendancy to load up certain people's desks more than others with a "just get it done" attitude. File count matters, just not for everyone apparently. They'll let you go for not working "voluntary" overtime.
