Pros

None except a moveable desk that goes up and down.

Cons

Company is pure disarray and chaos everyone thinks they're a manager or supervisor. Too many women so the place is a crawling with Gossip and Pettiness. The work environment is ok to look at but all the underhandedness and b.s. Is not worth it! No structure or basic procedure at all. If they don't like you they will find a way you defame your character to get rid of you. This company is thee worse. They also lie to you about good work home life balance. It's not worth it if you are at a company and think it's bad i'm telling you don't take the jump and descend to this wretched place.

Pros

Performant company Great Danish group with great strategy Danish mentality (however not in Belgium!) Colleagues (not management level) Sales Manager Road is great

Cons

Management shared service center Puurs bully out their best employees Incompetent management, employees are sometimes at higher level Half of the team experiences health issues due to permanent bullying and stress, HR & prevention are aware of the situation but do not take any action probably out of fear of losing their jobs Managers only care about keeping their position and way too high salaries Managers shared service center Puurs do not represent the values of DSV, pitty because it’s a great company

Pros

They are transparent in their policies, and they give sufficient advanced notice of big changes. They gave me 10 months notice that our project would be ending and that I may lose my job (I did and I'm glad!).

Cons

Since the budget rules everything, if it'snot in the budget you're not allowed to even think about it. During those 10 months, we were not allowed to do anything unrelated to our (ending) project. I produced a prototype of a project that was requested by a large part of their business, but since it didn't make the budget cut, they would not accept my demo code and I was told in no uncertain terms to cease work on it. I spent my remaining time researching other job opportunities and new technologies.
