Cons

Bad time management from existing management to support new customer service staff with covid19 social distancing I accepted this role early last month to start 2 weeks late mid november. I turned down another job offer in meantime as thought that this 3 month employment opportunity leading to possible permanent employment was the right decision for me.

Part of a global and very successful team. Wasn't micromanaged but trusted to get on with the work.

Cons

Sales people became too bogged down with admin and queries hampering their ability to have valuable face to face time with the clients.
