Pros

Recently acquired another company and has grow to be one of the top 5 forwarders. Lots of room for learning all there is to know about freight. Average benefits.

Cons

Pay seems to be lower than industry standard, workload makes it hard to have a personal life. Not very much room for upward advancement.
